Special Events

The Twin Cities Aikido Center typically hosts special seminars in the Twin Cities. An Aikido seminar is not a lecture, it is a special, generally more intense practice that generally goes for a couple of days. The instructor demonstrates a technique and the class then does the technique, just as in a regular class.

During a seminar, the regular schedule is suspended. We generally have senior instructors come and teach for our seminars, and it's a time for sharing and practice with different instructors and other dojos. You are welcome to join us for our seminars, even if you haven't been practicing for a long time..

Note: TCAC is also having a Summer Seminar with Harvey Konigsberg, Shihan 7th Dan. Our Summer Seminar will be held May 31-June 2, 2013. For a brochure and more info...
